Starship Factory
Starship Factory
United Space Technologies under the direction of founder and CEO Humanoido has escalated operations at its star factory. As of December 2022, SN1 through SN8 are complete. UST develops only the Safety Spacecraft and all vessels are completely functional and fully intact. There are no RUD within the fleet as there are with other space companies such as SpaceX.

Space1 Ramps Up Rocket Production
Humanoido, "We have already ramped up Super Safety Rocket production at our new main Pacific Ocean rocket manufacturing site..."
The Super Safety Rocket is SPACE1's flag ship, designed to rocket into space with human augments and/or other spacefaring species and return the occupants safely to the Earth.
SPACE1 first built one prototype Super Rocket this year for testing, then manufactured a total of three Herculean rocket engines resulting in a fleet of three Super rockets, and ramped up for production of a large Super fleet by acquiring an ongoing inventory of parts ready for a space flight rocket assembly line.
Humanoido states, "We're far from the size of a Tesla Giga Factory, however, in terms of the manufacturing of the complete main rocket body at our new Pacific Ocean rocket manufacturing site, we now have enough inventory to manufacture almost the first one hundred rockets. This is thanks to the work of our committed dedicated staff, Founder, SPACE1 Engineers, and to our suppliers. Considering our goal is the peaceful colonization and promotion of space, in the future years a "Giga Factory like Elon Musk's TESLA electric vehicle manufacturing plant" is possible, to streamline rocket production into the thousands and tens of thousands of spacefaring units."

Space1 EM Machine or Rocket Decision
BIG DECISION
SPACE1 has now finalized the big decision regarding whether to use rockets or EM machines for space travel, tourism, and space exploration. Given the multitude of advantages of each, and the full safety factor of each, it was decided to incorporate both space faring vessels into a special hybrid fleet of spacecraft.

Space1 Launch Site Selection
The vote is in. The Asiatic Pacific launch site is selected for launches of the upcoming new massive thunderous Rocket X space fleet.
It's expected the isolation of the rise-up spectacular volcanic-formed island mountains to the East and South will offer some reduction in auditory rocket thunder and a great degree of privacy at the isolated Pacific Ocean location.These are special crossover jungle-forest mountains indigenous to island formations formed 4 to 5 million years ago attached to tectonic plates located in the middle of the Asiatic Pacific Ocean. Populated with sound deadening layered jungle and forest grown, the elevated rise deflects sonic booms and rocket thunder upwards according the angle of incidence being equal to the angle of reflection. At launch, this deflection is into free space.
This will be a multi-portable launch site, with pack up and go after the launch is completed and recovery is made. Private SPACE1 space launches for the most part are under private security wraps until public Denizens are
added into the rocket equation for widely promoted tourism missions.

SPACE1 is conducting an enormous project in rocket technology to convert the entire Pioneer Heavy rocket fleet over into the new Rocket X space fleet.
Massive components, ultra containment tanks, large body cylinders, pressurization chambers, capsules, stabilizing fins, boosters, shrouds, shields, turbo docks, jettison nodes, payload mounts, Herculean rocket engines, materials, hardware, software, telemetry, everything must undergo transformation.
Ongoing round the clock work is proceeding afap as fast as possible to prepare the new massive ship for rocket space travel, while giving it all the new features that will make it famous for tourism, safety, and exploring the great frontier of space. At the same time, SPACE1 continues to move forward developing and expanding the boundaries of unimaginable exciting dimensions of space and time and the creation of new space denizens, all of which will give space tourists the rides and experiences of their lifetimes.

Space1 Rocket X Not Tesla

SPACE1 is working on a new Rocket X which replaces and updates the entire Pioneer series rocket fleet. Rocket X is the most powerful feature filled advanced rocket version ever created by SPACE1, taking missions into the future - throughout 2018, 2019, and the decade of 2020s. Rocket X is more flexible in handling payload configurations. This makes some interesting mission changes and confirmations possible. One mission is the updated launch of a red sportster into space. This mission will be retained for Rocket X.
The new upgrade now involves a complete retooling for the launch of SPACE1's red sportster that will ride atop the most powerful Rocket X as payload in the upcoming maiden voyage. The fun twist, the red car will go up with a red trimmed fashion designer rocket.
SPACE1 is recreating Elon Musk's SpaceX red Tesla sportster mission, a car that was sent into solar system orbit by a test of the Falcon Heavy rocket. The car is reported to have an orbit taking it out to the asteroid belt.
SPACE1 took delivery of the car on the island of Taiwan by making a trip in 2018 to the car dealer located in the capitol city and returning to SPACE1 Headquarters with the red sportster, fully paid, and waiting for the completion of a fitting space tooling mount to ride atop of the powerful Rocket X. SPACE1's Founder and Rocket Scientist Humanoido is personally overseeing the mission.

Rocket - Modern or Retro?
Retro rockets of the 1950s had a very distinguished design as seen in the illustrations.
Swept back fin aerodynamic design and a space efficient rocket body was abandoned for the more cheap easy to roll and weld straight cylinder cut.
SPACE1 recently, in 2018, revised its entire rocket fleet to one made from a mold, and it now resembles the more aerodynamically efficient retro rocket of the 1950s. Making rockets from molds allow the use of specialized materials, not just cold rolled metals that were used in the past. Use of new materials such as Carbon fiber, and the material used by SPACE1 is now possible.
The new Pioneer rocket design has a special delineation of the nose capsule compartment and the sleek swept back fins which holds a great streamlined and aerodynamic improvement during the Troposphere portion of the rocket flight mission.
The bulging belly of the rocket can hold more payload and fuel, and large viewing ports are brought back into style.

Space1 continued the search yesterday for expanding to new international rocket facilities and investing in a place for constructing rockets, launchers, and space equipment. Two sites were viewed and another five were lined up as prospects. The first site was rejected due to insufficient work space and the second was rejected for having antiquated design buildings. The search will continue for more space in modern context. The current space must now double as Space1 Headquarters since the move, and include the tooling area for development of the new USS Pioneer rocket fleet. Unlike NASA, Space1 is not looking for ocean side real estate for rocket launches due to an all-land based launch concept.

SPACE1's Corporate Office has moved from the USA to an international location. In a questionable gesture, after giving Space1 permission to build structurally, the USA city after 2 years decided Space1 Headquarters could tear down its space complex including the space hangar designed for the rocket plane and to further deny permission to expand structures. Space1 operations were immediately removed from USA soil and relocated overseas. For example, friendly locations of science and technology - South Korea and Taiwan, have welcomed Space1 by providing free land: a launch site expanse, scientific resources and the availability of a variety of buildings for operations at lease or purchase. Also moved overseas is Space1's full and comprehensive Drone Lab operations to support rocket space tourism and the exploration of new dimension using the USS Pioneer luxury rocket. Space1's USS Pioneer luxury rocket fleet will be built overseas along with the first new launch system.

Space1 First Rocket
Space1 - the First Test Rocket FTR
The Red Shift rocket was the first rocket built and designed by Humanoido for Space1 in 2014. It was the first rocket in the fleet.
A Historical Look at the Past
Travel back to Space 2014. Space1’s first test rocket FTR was built in 2014 and stood over 6-feet tall. It was large enough to hold a small dog and standard size humanoid robots, though it would be a tight fit for a small human.
It took several weekends of work to manufacture the metal casing rocket from scratch, working with only the technical diagrams and blueprints stored in Humanoido's memory. Humanoido prefers to work with blueprints, schematics, pictorial illustrations, and various designs directly from the mind. It saves time and work, and ensures there is no theft. Nothing is committed to online cache or printed documents and hence the huge and effective security.
Forming the canister nose cone was particularly tricky with differential curves but eventually the measurements were correctly sized. No dogs were used, tested, or launched as it was designed and measured for advanced large humanoid robots, and as a result, a lengthy study incurred.
The study concluded that humanoid robots would be indoctrinated into the first fleet of rockets as an important part of Space1 Technologies and space activities. Humanoid robots in their basic physical sizes could fit into Space1rockets and the rockets could be adapted to their size parameters. The FTR fit all full size humanoid robots that existed in the Humanoid Robot Lab.
FTR could hold three large humanoid robotnauts who could communicate between each other. FTR was reminiscent of the NASA Apollo Space Program with three astronauts in the capsule. Though, the FTR used a different and inventive distributed capsule where robonauts were distributed along the rocket length, making the entire rocket usable for everything from cargo, flight computers, electronics, to more robonauts. Plus, the FTR could be recycled for the next launch.
The FTR rocket was housed indoors before spaceports and launch towers became commonplace. It was transferred at the upper level into the rocket sciences laboratory loft, and then transported through the skyscraper elevator as necessary. During times of storage, it resided elevated in a horizontal staid position across a very large Chinese cushion to absorb vibrations and to offer a method of overhanging base fins to maintain correct flexure.
The rocket was build up from welded metal canisters, and was designed to become the basis for all rockets manufactured in 2014. Given the weight of the canisters forming the rocket air frame, and for a given size diameter, a larger size engine was required with a higher thrust and impulse ratio to launch the rocket into space. The FTR theory was to start the rocket design at one size and work upwards to make increasingly larger and more powerful rockets based on test results.
The rocket however was deemed primarily for testing flight dynamics with humanoid robonauts and other humanoid robonaut aspects for future missions. Much was learned from the FTR rocket and it was retired in good recyclable condition a year later in 2016.

Space1 Rocket Assembly Line
SPACE ROCKET ASSEMBLY LINE
Humanoido over at the Space1 warehouse assembly crew has developed the Space Rocket Assembly Line. This is the first known rocket assembly line in the world! It will be the first assembly line to assemble an entire fleet of new large flight established Safety Rockets for space tourism and other space travel purposes.
Now that Space1 has patterned its latest and largest massive space safety rocket, it can be injected into a new assembly line for more rapid development and assembly. An assembly line can more rapidly build new multiple rockets for a full fleet for use in 2017.
This is the first time assembly line production crew will be used to construct rockets for space flights and space tourism. At left, a massive tank serves as the rocket body, bracketed in the horizontal tanking position on a retainer tower.
Above: Retouched photo with branding removed so as not to reveal tank sources and suppliers. The vertical tank is rolled out on a temporary tower holding bracket securing the main body cylinder for assembly of the base components.
At the base, the main rocket body will receive extremely large and massive finnage to provide added stability and control during rocket flights into the Troposphere. These are welded to the tank using a special positioning tool. The devices were perfected during the assembly and testing of the first Space1 rocket, photo published on another page. However, the shape of these devices have improved since 2014.

Overseas assembly is temporary halted and workers are on sabbaticals or working on other jobs due to the current overly hot weather spell with daytime temperatures reaching 122 degrees F.
Such hot temperatures cause typhoons to form in the Pacific Ocean. Recently two typhoons crossed the island of Taiwan. Work will resume after the retreat of typhoon Nepal when temperatures plummet to 185 degrees for a while.

Humanoido over at the Space1 warehouse assembly crew has developed the Space Rocket Assembly Line. This is the first known rocket assembly line in the world! It will be the first assembly line to assemble an entire fleet of new large flight established Safety Rockets for space tourism and other space travel purposes.
Now that Space1 has patterned its latest and largest massive space safety rocket, it can be injected into a new assembly line for more rapid development and assembly. An assembly line can more rapidly build new multiple rockets for a full fleet for use in 2017.
This is the first time assembly line production crew will be used to construct rockets for space flights and space tourism. At left, a massive tank serves as the rocket body, bracketed in the horizontal tanking position on a retainer tower.
Above: Retouched photo with branding removed so as not to reveal tank sources and suppliers. The vertical tank is rolled out on a temporary tower holding bracket securing the main body cylinder for assembly of the base components.
At the base, the main rocket body will receive extremely large and massive finnage to provide added stability and control during rocket flights into the Troposphere. These are welded to the tank using a special positioning tool. The devices were perfected during the assembly and testing of the first Space1 rocket, photo published on another page. However, the shape of these devices have improved since 2014.

Overseas assembly is temporary halted and workers are on sabbaticals or working on other jobs due to the current overly hot weather spell with daytime temperatures reaching 122 degrees F.
Such hot temperatures cause typhoons to form in the Pacific Ocean. Recently two typhoons crossed the island of Taiwan. Work will resume after the retreat of typhoon Nepal when temperatures plummet to 185 degrees for a while.

Space1 Chaser Drones
Space1 adds ten new drones to the fleet in 2017
— primarily chaser drones —
These are all new state of the art machines with the latest technology for engaging rockets in various states of aerodynamic space flight during lift off and recovery. Designed to fly deep into the Troposphere, these space flight supporting drones carry instruments capable of measuring the atmosphere and rocket conditions. Designed to assure space flight safety and support the world's first Safety Rocket, drones engage the rocket, before, during and after flight, to assess aspects of the rocket conditions. Inspection drones look at the rocket's action and the initial flight, parameters of lift off, init flight, and recovery. Chaser Drones in the fleet also foster space flight experiments to help open up new realms of space travel. Primarily programmed and functioning as Chaser Drones, they can be modified to suit other uses.
