The candidate test results are in from the Fish Astronaut Training Program, Dwarf Puffer fish test experiments 1 through 15. The rating scale on 15 topics is from 0 through 10 with 0 useless and ten best.
Out of eleven fish tested, four test subjects could not handle the regimen and dropped out of the training program.
The remaining 7 candidates had the best highest possible ratings for the ability to hibernate and recover quickly, maintain a physical diminutive rocket size, and an extreme level of high intelligence. They seemingly have infinite curiosity and a great ability to learn and explore, with an excellent appetite for meat. Their ability to pick up English speech and complete learning programs was amazing, probably due to their ultimate ability to focus. They maintain an excellent sleeping schedule. However, test subjects could not handle confinement in small spaces, had bad personalities and fought, failed to get along by nipping and biting each other, were highly sensitive to any and all conditions, and were not hardy. These subjects are doubtful candidates for some rocket travel conditions, though may best fit into other parts of the isolation Fish Space Program. The fish passed ten tests with the highest possible ratings and completely failed five.

Old mean fish, with problematic mental disabilities will be removed from fish society and are also subject to the termination rules of Par 15 Sec 9.
