Space1 Fish Space Suit

World's First Fish Space Suit
SPACE1 begins the design and development of the world's first Fish Space Suit, a complete containment Eco suit designed for fish astronauts and fish tourists traveling into space on rocket trips.

The chemical battery powered space suit enables fish to travel within the realm of space. The fish suit contains a containment window allowing a clear visible view to the outside world for work and tourism, a miniature electric portable air pump and air tank for aerating water. An internal active urea filter cleans the environment as the water is continuously recycled. Temperature regulation includes a small electric heater and a miniature electric Peltier cooler for the extremes of space. The suit offers its own degree of protection from cosmic rays and space radiation.

The fish space suit allows fish to go into space as astronauts and keeps the typical mobility that fish are most familiar with. The suit design minimizes internal abrasion against scales or fish skin. The suit is custom built for individual fish breed matching the size and characteristic requirements. The first suit design does not contain food and is for short duration space missions.

More work remains for research and testing within this new field of space fish astronauts, and how fish will interact to the various elements of a space environment, such as duration effects, G-force, weightlessness, rocket vibration, and a host of other parameters.
