Space1 Rocket Space Nation Caveats

Can AI handle Space Nation emergencies?
DEEP DANGER?
Caveats of Rocket Space Nation

Creating a future country and large cities in the middle of the ocean is a piece of cake. What could possibly go wrong? Famous last words or not? SPACE1 investigates potential deep danger.

Let's start now with the investigation of potential disasters.

Killer Rogue Waves
The giant waves pack tons of weight and crushing capabilities. They come completely unannounced and can cause huge damage. Rogue waves may originate from under water earthquakes that displace massive amounts of water. A massive water wave can drop down thousands of tons of water onto a structure in the ocean and cause complete demolition.

Typhoon Weather
Typhoon weather can bring big wind and storms filled with lightning, fierce structural damaging storms causing water surges, tremendous destructive wind, and massive amounts of rain.

Failed Anchoring
Given the fierceness of ocean currents, storms, wind, waves, and aging of materials, there is a strong possibility of failed anchoring.

Free Drift
This is a nightmare for inhabitants that go away on hiatus travel and return some days later only to find nothing in the same position where the space nation once existed. It had simply free drifted away, given the strong currents of ocean water in the Pacific that can overcome the anchoring system.

Isolation
Initially out in the middle of the Pacific, there is no cell phone service, no serving satellites, no land line phones, no 911 medical emergency system, no mail, and a chartered boat trip to the closest country could be weeks in duration and the better half of a thousand miles away.

Maintenance
Salt water has significant corrosiveness with many materials and routine maintenance may include cleaning, adjusting, calibrating systems and providing lock downs as needed.

Repairs
Things may break from wearing out, damage caused by ocean water salt, rusting and corroding, fraying and breaking of land yards and tie downs, harm from strong wave action, wind action on the surface, breakage due to storms and other anomalies.

Earthquakes
The ocean bed floor is entirely susceptible to very strong damaging earthquakes that can cause killer waves, tsunami, strong forward and reverse ocean currents, turbulent waters.

Ruptured Leaks

Platform Instability
Platforms in contact with the ocean are prone to springing leaks and ruptures.

Excessive Cost
Millions and millions of dollars can add up quickly

Rocket Proximity
Being too close to the rocket may have consequences of high pressure waves, shrapnel, sonic disruption, and other ill effects.

Drowning - Man Overboard
Even if perimeter guard rails and fences are in effect, rain can cause wet slippery surfaces, and high winds can toss a person overboard never to be seen again.

Governing
How will governing a countries filled with potential anomalies be accomplished full time? Will the use of AI being become a crucial factor into problem solving?

Anomaly
Murphy's Law states that if anything can go wrong, it will. So such an island nation must be constantly vigil.

Fire
Fires are possible on boats and various floating structures.

Storms
Massive storms frequently occur in Pacific Ocean and can bring torrential downpours accompanied by typhoon level winds. These often flatten coastal cities and anything in its path.

Sinking
If the island structure is not maintained, immediately repaired, and periodically inspected, it could succumb to island sinking.

Flooding
Massive rain could produce global island flooding if the drainage system is not effective.

Excessive Rain
Excessive rain in the ocean is a concern, where the sky can drop 36-inches of rain in an hour.
