Space1 Stops Rocket Launch
Due to Chemical Air Pollution from China
Just as a massive clear sky hole opened up clearing the path for several rocket space missions and observational programs at Singularity Observatory, the worst chemical air pollution filled it, creating warnings to stay inside.
Caustic chemicals from manufacturing and coal industry burners wafted out into the Pacific Ocean from thousands of miles away, coming from the sources in Mainland China and carried by seasonal trade wind.
According to sources, China gets a significant part of its energy requirements by burning raw black coal, which is the source of deadly chemical pollution. Additionally, China is the number one location of manufacturing with the release of toxic poisonous chemicals into the air. The government is trying to clean up some pollution by restricting cars on the road by certain hours and days, and reducing a few coal fired energy plants. At this time, this is not enough to make any significant difference in air pollution experiences observed in China and at distant locations.
Pollution due to chemical manufacturing and coal burning can cause death. Using a dust filter face mask with charcoal impregnation does not filter out the pollution. A war time chemical gas mask is required with certification to filter out the determined pollutants. Space1 has a policy of not exposing its workers to chemical air pollution and standard policy is to shut down all outdoor operations during pollution days. Chemical pollution is also deadly to precision telescopes as reported by Singularity Observatory. The chemicals destroy delicate first surface optical coatings, straw coatings, optical aluminization, and corrector plate constructive interference coatings. The chemical also harmful by etching precision glass optical surfaces and tarnishing oculars while destroying anti-reflective coatings on oculars and leading to the destruction of CCD substrates and photonic charged coupled device sites.

Space1 Most Powerful Rocket Engine
Space1 has created the most powerful and massive S1 series rocket engine to date, a result of work spanning into five years.The rocket engine has outperformed all other engines in terms of mass payload lifting power and thrust vectoring. The key to the largest engine ever made by Space1 is not only its massive size and engineering construction, but its conversion over to a new liquid fuel rather than dry bonded powder.
Discontinued dry powder is unstable in terms of sparks, random ignition properties and spontaneous combustion, plus it has special requirements and is banned from transport and storage in many countries.
The new massive S1 engine is approximately 50 times larger than the old powder engine though size does vary depending on the space mission. The S1 engine is completely reusable and could provide service over a period of years depending on the number of uses. It will require standard and systemic inspections prior to each launch for stress, cracks, and other anomalies. While black powder rocket engines were not reusable and were expensive, reusing the Chemical S1 engine will be a free endeavor.
Cost to build the S1 is very low, thus facilitating competitive ticket pricing for going into space as a tourist. S1 engines could be clustered or elevator configured for staging, and made proportional in size from the smallest to the largest. The greatest challenge for the new S1 engines is they propel the rocket farther than ever before to realms sight unseen, thus opening the door to the exploration of new dimensions and the most exciting space tour packages.

Space1 Chemical Rocket Fuel
Space1 has converted all dry powder rockets into new chemically fueled rockets, thereby increasing the ability to lift more payload and increasing the safety factor.
The powerful and exciting new space changing chemical rocket fuel was introduced in 2018 to replace the former dry black powder of fireworks origin. The new chemical fuel contains no black powder, no gunpowder, and will radically change the way of travel in space, and is composited by Space1 assigned chemists working on enhanced and modified Heavy Hydroxil Acid. The acid fuel by itself in a natural state is safe and not prone to explosion. However, the modified substance is under duress and precautions are taken to ensure its safety. The substance is fatal when inhaled and may have blistering vapors. The new fuel is mined at no cost and is safe to transport in its unmodified state. The green Earth safe rocket chambered excess fuel is typically dumped on the ground and is safe to the environment due to evaporation. This facilitates use of a portable launch pad and lightens up the overall load for transportation from the launch site. It also makes packaging smaller for return transportation. Overall, this fuel is much safer for transport. However, based on tests, this is the most powerful rocket fuel ever concocted by Space1 chemists and will undoubtedly change the face of space tourism.

Space1 Invention Space Paper

Space Paper (SP) was developed over a two year period. Our scientists were looking to develop a new material for rocket propulsion that was nearly weightless, strong enough to use in the construction of exoskeltons, and inexpensive for keeping the cost of space tourism to something which everyone could afford.
The new investment division for SP was created overnight for a new form of robotics, e.i. humanoid robots whose primary composition is a derivative of super light weight chemically modified cellulose (see basic chemical formula attached).
Space1 Space-Paper is a material that's safe and fireproofed using the Lab's established fireproofing technology, and light weight enough to become prime construction material not only for humanoid machines and artificially created intelligent life forms for engagement in rocket travel, but the actual components of the rocket, such as bulk heads.
SP can be manufactured cheaply, extruded, rolled, folded, cut, trimmed, drilled, joined, sized, imprinted, scaled, printed, stored, frozen, heated, and integrated.
SP is tested to hold up to at least 27 Gs. Structural analysis shows SP may withstand much higher stresses of G force and vibration than limit tests have shown. This is because the maximum G force test had a peak of 27 Gs. SP has grain - super strong in X which is the rocket component needed during space flight.
A five pound piece of conventional humanoid robot now becomes less than .1 ounce. This is 800 times lighter - a super light weight humanoid robotics material will change the robotics of space travel and reduce the cost of space flight significantly at Space1, thereby passing the savings onto space tourists, helping to make space flight low cost and affordable to all.
