SPACE1 is assembling a new rocket tower space metric launcher for 2020 space launches
The new tropospheric rocket supplementing device machinery is an inherent stratus compensating rocket launcher, i.e. it can be adjusted for the atmospheric variances in the weather strata prior to rocket launch.
This is a new invention that uses a calibrated angle of incursion for a single dominating stratus. This device and technique will tune and compensate to any slight breeze at any given measured strata velocity. The result is a rocket launch with a rocket that has less atmospheric force incursions.
