Camping Trips to the Moon

Years ago, back in the day - Popular Science proposed camping on the Moon using a small inflatable camping habitat for temp functions. Unfortunately due to the nature of moving in and out of the habitat, dangerous lunar dust and deadly contaminants would be forced inside during air exchanges. As the illustration shows, the lunar astronauts would be required to wear their space suits when inside the inflatable habitat.

Camping Trips to the Moon

Having access to the extremely fast electrodynamic dynamonic dynatronic EDD drive is a great advantage for those going to the moon on short jaunts but not wanting to stay and colonize the region. Essentially one can go on a partial day camping trip, enjoy the mission and quickly return. The trips can be formulated so fast, that lots of gear is not needed for the very short stay. Inflatable tents for camping on the Moon may be available someday but are not necessary. https://www.popsci.com/camping-moon The EDD starship provides everything you need.

Space1 President AI of Space Nation

Space Country - a developing space nation
President AI of Space Nation
Actions from the newly elected President of Space Country

"SPACE1 Industries Pacific Oceanic Floating Private Independent Megalopolis Space Country" otherwise known as Space Nation, is governed by recently elected President AI who is taking measures to develop the country into habitat cities and colonize the new founded country. The Space Nation is working towards making humanity a multi-world spacefaring species.

— Space Country, an isle nation, is a high tech space sciences and rocket country, that can be discretely floated to any free location in the Pacific Ocean for unobstructed rocket launches —

Applications and appointments to the isle country are being accepted, primarily qualifiers conducive to the development of Space Nation, along with supporting technicians.

Space1 Protractor Space Construction 2040

Space1 Protractor

Space1 is making plans for the years 2060 through 2100 and beyond for advancing space con-
struction around moons and planets in the deep solar system.

This is the Space1 Protractor advanced systems space design for the year 2060 and beyond. The protractor is a multipurpose protracting class space vessel, a moon, capable of sustaining long range long term habit functions and serves a multitude of spacecraft with automatic celestial navigational features for free flight. The Space1 Protractor can protract to nodal points in space and remain there supporting the wings of habitation.

Space1 Dome City

Centaur Domed Station, USS Cygnus Command Tower Concept Art by Robert T McCall
Bigelow Aerospace B330 in 2017
Space1 is examining various designs for domed cities for future habitation in the colonization of space and planets.

A domed city is a rapidly developing concept for Space1 in 2017. Domed cities could be deployed throughout the solar system by the year 2500. For example, even now, new private space industry startups such as Bigelow Aerospace are already developing space habitats made of flexible and inflatable material. It's just a matter of using transparent material on spherical shaped versions to extend the concepts of these early habitats. Another concept uses a spherical structure with replaceable window inserts as seen in the illustration.

Space1 Space Station SSS

Convair Atlas Manned Satellite
Space1 has moved foward its plans for the SSS Space Station.

The SSS already preexists inside the S1 Safety Rocket and can be flown to a desired position in space. Feature rich, it can be parked in orbit, put into a transitory mode, or returned to the Earth safely without burning up and causing damage to the Earth's environment.

Integrated into the rocket, there is nothing to dock for construction, no construction needed, and it comes all integrated and ready for use. There is no need to fly up numerous time consuming and weighty modules to construct it.

Construction is integrated and complete, including the following:
Boeing's version of a space station parked in Lunar Cis orbit
NASA concept for a space station version of the Space Shuttle
* instrumentation
* bridge command center with observation screen
* voice activated IA computer intelligence
* various sensors
* short and long range communications
* power units
* storage facilities
* exploratory probe
* return vehicle known as Delta Wing Flyer craft
* space telescope
* food supplies
* water and recyclers
* air and CO2 filtering unit
* botany greenhouse for food growth
* sleeping quarters
* space bathroom

Much of the SSS (not shown here) is modeled after a combination of the ISS, Gene Roddenberry's Star Trek Enterprise, the Convair Atlas Manned Satellite and Delta Wing Flyers. The elite version SSS calls for:

* space laser weapon that could be used in diverting incoming space debris
* hull breach repair kit
* shielding against solar radiation and cosmic rays
* exploratory humanoid space robots that can inspect the SSS

Boeing presented its own plans to create a deep space transport vehicle and habitat. The illustration above shows the Deep Space Gateway, a habitat concept that Boeing wants to put into CisLunar orbit. It may be used for research regarding manned exploration and docking of spacecraft.
