The Multi Rocket is a single rocket that can be serviced to serve multiple purposes. The massive USS Pioneer, for example, can serve as a touring rocket and also as a delivery vessel for satellites. It can, in the future, be outfitted as a multi tier space station or perhaps landed on a moon for a humanoid or human habitat.
The rocket could become an outpost in space around the Earth, Moon or Mars, or parked at the LaGrange spot where gravity forces balance. The rocket is capable of delivering humanoids and humans to space and attaining Earth observation resources. The rocket, with some additions, could become a star ship.
